Beet COVID

This post is short & sweet.

The last two weeks or so,
I believe I have been fighting
the Coronavirus, and I also happened
to have felt a nudge to make a video
of what I was drinking at the time
(Beet Kvass)—
it was only later
(after feeling better and wondering if there was a link)
that I did some research—
what resulted was doing something
with the first footage
along with some follow-up footage
and adding some of the research I found
along with snippets of my story.

So from my home to yours,
